Data collection on this website
Technical data may be processed automatically when the website is accessed, including browser type, operating system, time of access and IP address. Information entered into a contact form is processed for the purpose of responding to the enquiry.
2. Hosting
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. IONOS may process server log data, including IP addresses, to provide and secure the hosting service. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in reliable and secure website delivery under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Contact and enquiry forms
When you submit a contact or MRI enquiry form, Medotrax processes the information you enter to respond to your request and, where applicable, to take pre-contractual steps.
The form is sent to a server-side PHP endpoint on the IONOS webspace. Messages are transmitted through authenticated IONOS SMTP using website@medotrax.com as the technical sender and delivered to info@medotrax.com. The visitor email address is used as Reply-To. The website does not store the enquiry content in a website database.
Technical anti-abuse controls include a hidden honeypot field, a minimum submission time, input validation and temporary rate limiting.
5. Server log files
The hosting provider may collect and store technical log information required to provide, protect and troubleshoot the website. These data are not combined with other sources by Medotrax for profiling.
6. Analytics, cookies and external resources
This static version does not include analytics, advertising trackers, externally hosted web fonts or social media plugins. The LinkedIn link is a standard external link and does not load LinkedIn content before it is selected.
7. Rights of data subjects
Subject to the applicable legal requirements, data subjects may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Consent may be withdrawn for the future. Data subjects also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.
8. Retention and security
Personal data are retained only for as long as required for the relevant purpose or statutory retention obligations. Medotrax and its service providers use appropriate technical and organisational measures. Internet and email transmission can nevertheless involve security risks.
